In the best of hands with CCS digital fabric and Hazet

The first race weekend of the BMW M2 Cup is edging ever closer. The new one-make trophy is set to kick off its debut season at the end of July with two new partners. Hazet and CCS digital fabric will be supporting the championship and helping promote the next generation of motorsport talent.

“We are very proud to have these two companies on board for the BMW M2 Cup,” says series manager Jörg Michaelis. “CCS digital fabric has been a partner of ours for a long time, so we are delighted to take the next step in our partnership. Hazet is a name familiar to everyone in the motorsport paddock. The tool and workshop equipment manufacturer has a wealth of experience in the world of motorsport and is an ideal partner for us.”

CCS digital fabric GmbH has operated in the digital printing industry for over 40 years. The Düsseldorf-based company specialises in high-tech textile printing, display systems, acoustic elements and large-format textile printing. CCS will draw on all of its expertise to design entire pit systems for the BMW M2 Cup. “The pit system concept is extremely important,” says Christian Göbel. “It needs to be functional, because the pit garage is where all the preparations take place, but it is also important to focus on the presentation and make sure that all of the series’ partners are present with their logos.”

Hazet’s expertise will be in use in the pit garages themselves. The company, which manufacturers high-quality tools and equipment trolleys, will be equipping the BMW M2 Cup team with all they need to keep the cars performing. As an official partner of the Nürburgring and many other technical partnerships to its name, Hazet knows exactly what’s needed in the world of motorsport. “Racing exposes man and machine to enormous loads and stresses,” explains the assistant project manager. “Outstanding quality is the name of the game here, which is why we have opted for Hazet as a partner.”

The BMW M2 CS Racing cars will all be designed in liveries featuring the series’ sponsors in 2021. The two companies join an impressive list of names including CATL, Endless, Randstad, RoboMarkets, Schaeffler, Shell and partners Goodyear, the DTM and BMW.
